There is a quiet knowing within you, always breathing, always guiding. This spiritual Breathwork retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften and return to that inner rhythm and to remember what has always been whole.

  • Thursday, May 21 // 5:30pm to 9pm

  • Friday, May 22 // 10am - 6pm

  • Saturday, May 23 // 10am - 6pm

  • Sunday, May 24 // 9am to 12pm.

Through intentional Breathwork, gentle guidance, and sacred space, you will be led into deeper layers of the body and should. Your breath is a doorway, loosening what has been held, clearing what no longer serves, and illuminating what is ready to be felt, released, or reborn. Each breath opens a conversation between the physical and the unseen, grounding you fully in your body while expanding your awareness beyond it.

Allow yourself to be held in a container of safety, presence, and compassion. Here, emotions are welcomed, stillness is honored, and transformation unfolds naturally.

Sacred space is held as you deepen your inner knowing through both inward reflection and shared connection. Dedicated sessions guide you in manifestation, helping you clarify intentions and call forward what you wish to create, and in forgiveness, offering tolls to release what no longer serves you and experience the freedom that comes from living with a truly open heart.

This is a space for those longing to reconnect with your Breath, your Body, and the deeper wisdom of your Spirit.
